This initiative supports studies addressing cancer prevention, from primary prevention and risk reduction to early cancer detection and secondary prevention.

Who can apply?
Eligible applicants are researchers at the postdoctoral level up to the stage prior to independent group leadership affiliated with a Swiss academic or research institution.
Funding scope
The call supports support translational and implementation-focused research that generates actionable evidence to prevent cancer, reduce cancer risk, improve early detection, and facilitate the adoption of effective prevention strategies in clinical practice, public health programmes, or policy.
Financial information
Maximum funding per project : 150’000 CHF
Maximum duration: 2 years
